NORTH GEORGIA MEAT Company, Inc was founded to provide quality and affordable meat products for the local community.  Previously known as the Waldrep’s Meat Processing, we operate an USDA inspected slaughter and processing plant in Ellijay.  Located just about 6 miles west of SR282 from the main intersection, we are in the beautiful north GA mountain area, which has abundant nicely run family farms. This is the area where we thrive with the quality local cattle and hogs.  With an experienced crew, our team leaders make sure that our products maintain the food safety standards, while carrying the original family owned recipes for decades.  Our pork sausage is tender, juicy and flavorful.  Our ground beef is made of whole muscles instead of trimmings.  Serving the community for years, our retail shop will see some expansion to accommodate the growing demand.
